Dinner Options
Meal will include mixed green salad, roll & coffee/tea. Two entree options are included below:
- Carne Asada with chimichurri sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, and roasted corn
- Tofu Tikka Masala, Tofu and roasted cauliflower in a garam masala tomato sauce w/ grilled Naan bread

Parking (paid by each individual guest as needed): If guest use the WUC garage, it is $15 a car for valet. If you want to park at the Hilton garage on 6th and university you can get a voucher at the front desk for $10.
